Terms of Use

Glow Up Skin (App Store: “Skin Scan: GlowUp Beauty”) · Last updated: September 23, 2026

These terms apply together with Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”). Where they differ, these terms add to the Standard EULA and do not reduce your rights under it.

1. Not medical advice

Glow Up Skin gives general, cosmetic skincare guidance. The face scan is an estimate from a phone photo. It is not a medical device, does not diagnose or treat any condition, and is not a substitute for a dermatologist or doctor. If the App suggests seeing a dermatologist, or if you have a skin condition, pain, bleeding, a changing mole or a reaction, see a professional.

2. Home recipes and products

Recipes use common kitchen ingredients. Anyone can react to any ingredient. Patch-test every recipe or product on your inner arm for 24 hours first, don’t use recipes on broken or irritated skin, and stop right away if something stings, burns or itches. You use recipes and products at your own risk.

3. Subscriptions

4. Results

Skin changes differ from person to person. Estimates such as “possible improvement” are projections, not promises.

5. Acceptable use

Use the App for your own personal, non-commercial use. Do not scan other people without their consent. Do not reverse-engineer or misuse the App.

6. Liability

To the extent permitted by law, the App is provided “as is” and we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from its use. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Changes and contact

We may update these terms and will change the date above when we do. Questions: karahan.harunn@gmail.com
